Paul Bentz joined the HighGround team in January 2002 after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Arizona. Since joining HighGround, Paul has gained a deep understanding of statewide and local campaign management from the experiences ranging from wrangling the popular "Joe Arizona" to managing Mesa's Riverview and Waveyard campaigns - two of the biggest local elections in Arizona history. He also worked with the business coalition on the Regional Transportation Plan for nearly 3 years and gained extensive knowledge of future of transportation in the Maricopa County region.

In addition to managing the operations of campaign projects, he leads efforts in grassroots efforts, online interactive marketing, and overall campaign strategy development.

While at the University of Arizona, Bentz studied Political Science and Mathematics and received several scholarships. Paul Bentz is also a former Speech and Debate State Champion. He serves on "Tirosh" and "My Father's House," youth church retreats. Paul, his wife, Charlotte, and their daughters Rachel and Lucy reside in Goodyear.
